What is Single Track?

SingleTrack is a time-slot indoor cycling class that features world-class instructors, high-intensity cardio, and muscle-sculpting strength training. But it’s so much more than just an intense and vigorous full-body workout — it’s a powerful mind-body experience. Being coached by magnetic instructors who love what they do, who support your fitness goal, coaches you and pushes you to reach your personal bests. You will sweat, reach, and recover, together. The flagship studio is based in Stellenbosch, a revolutionary indoor cycling class is available to anyone. The studio will be equiped with state of the art spinning bikes to optimise your training. This is a space for riders to come unlock their full potential and experience breakthroughs — on and off the bike.

Where do I see the previous classes I've attended?

Once you are logged in, view your account here to see your booking history

What happens if I don't receive a QR code?

Drop us a mail at info@singletrack.studio along with your order number and we will resend it to you

How do I request a refund?

Drop us a mail at info@singletrack.studio along with your order number and we handle it from there

What happens if a class if cancelled?

If a class is cancelled you will be notified via email and a full refund or a rebooking of the class will be done

How do spinning vouchers work?

Once a spinning voucher is purchased you will recieve an email with a link that will take you to a page that contains your voucher code. This voucher code must be used during checkout. Please take note vouchers cannot be used to purchase additional vouchers

How do I see the balance of a spinning voucher?

Once you have used your voucher code on a purchase, you will recieve an email confirming your purchase and the gift card balance will be stated

I recieved my QR code email but the QR code does not show. What do I do?

Double check that the downloading of images is enabled in your mail client

When checking out I got an error stating "Inventory Issues" - What does this mean?

This means the seat for the class you are trying to book has already been booked. You will need to clear your cart and select a new seat
